The Password Vault admin designates an approval manager by assigning the user group that includes the manager to the Vault account or group. The manager assigned to the account or group performs the approval process for the account or group. The manager can grant approvals via the graphical user interface (GUI), e-mail, and mobile application.

To approve via the GUI:

1. Navigate to the Home Page.
2. Open the **My Approvals** list.
3. Open Advanced Search and set the **Approval Type** as **Vault.**
4. Search using filters.
5. Click on the **Actions Button.**
6. Approve/reject approval for pending accounts or groups with the status "waiting".
