Generating an MCP Access Token

Every AI client authenticates with a bearer token that Kron PAM issues to a single user. Generate the token in the Kron PAM interface, then paste the value into the configuration file of your client.

To generate an MCP access token:

1.    Log in to the Kron PAM interface.

2.    From the user menu, open the User Profile page.

3.    Click the MCP Access Token tab.

4.    In the Access Token Duration field, enter the lifetime of the token in seconds.

5.    Click the Generate Token button.

6.    In the Access Token field, click the eye icon to reveal the token, then click the copy icon to copy it.

7.    Paste the copied value into the configuration file of your AI client.
