MFA Admins enable Telegram delivery for each user group separately, in the same way as SMS and push notification delivery.

To enable Telegram for a user group:

1.      Navigate to **Administration** > **Multi-factor Authentication** > **User Group Management**.

2.      Click the **Actions** button on the row of the user group.

3.      Click **Enable Telegram** in the **Select Action** window.

The **Telegram** column of the table shows whether Telegram delivery is active for each group. This column appears only while the Telegram integration is enabled for the system. While the integration is not configured, the **Enable Telegram** action stays unavailable and its tooltip states that the Telegram integration is not configured.
