OTP usage can also be facilitated through barcode scanning via the Web GUI.

### Enable Barcode Display in Web GUI

1. Navigate to **Administration > System Configuration Manager.**
2. Configure the required parameter: **sc.portal.otp.validate.qrcode = true**

After this, when a user from a user group that has MFA enabled tries to log in, the QR-code will be displayed **once** on the login page for the user to save it on the Kron PAM Mobile Application and verify it right then and there.

- Barcode display functionality is only available if the sc.portal.otp.enabled parameter is enabled.
- Users must have OTP enabled status for the barcode scanning feature to work.
