Kron PAM users need to be in a user group. To create a user group:

1. Navigate to **Users > Users.**
2. Click the +**Add** button and inside of the pop-up select the **Add Group **button.
3. Enter the Group Name and select the desired users to be added to the group.
4. Skip the user group settings, as they are not essential for initial SQL Proxy setup.
5. Click** Save**.
