Most of the used data patterns are defined in Kron DAM, but more can be added.


To add different patterns:

1. Navigate to **Sensitive Data Discovery**.
2. Open the **Data Types **tab.
3. Click the** +Add** button. 
4. Inside the pop-up, select the **Add Pattern** button.
5. Enter the Data Type’s Name, Lookup Type, Validation Type, and Pattern (in Java regex format)
6. Click **Save**.
