A popular use case for HTTP Proxy is the Auto Login functionality. With the Auto Login feature, users can log in to a page while the credentials remain invisible to them and all other users. This helps companies manage their social media web pages or other web applications that need a log-in procedure.

2 types of credentials can be used for Auto Login purposes:

1. Global Username/Password
2. Vault

In addition, user credentials that are authenticated to HTTP Proxy can also be used in the auto-login feature on the target web page (if these credentials were previously defined in the target web page). To use that ability, the **Add Session User to Credential Selection** property toggle needs to be activated at the device group level which includes the specific web page.
