The system administrator can access the existing tenants’ license usage:

1.      Navigate to **Administration > Tenant Manager.**

2.      Click the **View License Usage** button (:inlineImage[]{src="https://api.archbee.com/api/optimize/g9cApVza9NIhSh0pjZYtA/fD2S4PEg0K_9_aFfjBdkg_upload.png" alt caption width="29" height="21"}) on the tenant card.

The numbers to the right of each bar show the active use and tenant limit, respectively. The bars illustrate the use levels.
