To add functions to be assigned to user groups, follow the steps below. All users in the selected user group will be authorized with the selected functions. 

1.      Navigate to **Policy > Portal Functions.**

2.      Open the **Realm Definition** tab. 

3.      Click on the **+Add** button.

4.      Fill in the **Realm Name** and **Description** fields.

5.      Select the desired Function Groups to be shown to the users and select one or more user groups to be assigned. The Device Management portal function needs to be added to establish SQL connections.

6.      Click** Save** to** Add** Portal Functions to the user group(s).
