License Portal should allow users to define the **User Count, RAP User Count** and **External User Count** separately. (These names are to be updated on 3.9.0)

·         **User Count:** refers to the total internal user count (**PAMOnly** User Type + ** PAM\&RPAM** User Type). 

·         **RAP User Count: **refers to the total **PAM\&RPAM** User Type count. **RAP User Count** value shouldn’t be more than **User Count**.

·         **External User Count:** refers to the **PAMLimited\&RPAM** User Type count.
