When the password of the Vault account is changed, reset, or updated, the Scheduled Task trigger is defined so that the password defined for the trigger is also changed automatically.

1. Enter the name of the trigger in the Name field.
2. Select the **Application Configuration** with the defined name above the definition value like **Windows Scheduled Task.**
3. In the **Windows Scheduled Task Name field**, the same task name value defined in Scheduled Task in Windows must be entered. Otherwise, the password value will not change because the system will not find the relevant scheduled task.
4. Select the Vault Account defined in Password Vault and whose password we want to change.

If the user-defined for the Vault account is an authorized user to make changes on scheduled tasks, the **Use Authentication User **switch box is turned off. If it is not an authorized user, the **Name and Password **information of the** Administrator user** must be entered in the relevant fields.

- The Target Type value should be selected as **Single Device**.
- The user should select device information where the scheduled task is installed and the device to be modified.
- If all the values of fields are entered the user should click **Save **then the configuration will be completed.

Whenever the user **selects** **Vaultaccount** and clicks the** Update** or **Reset** **Password** option system will be created trigger as we explained in the previous sections and a password change will be made.
