To add users in bulk to Kron PAM successfully, the descriptions below must be read, and user information must be added accordingly.
| **Column** | **Required/Optional** | **Description** |
| ------------------ | --------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| No | Required | No refers to the row number.
Enter each user in a separate row. |
| Username | Required | A username is a unique value that users must enter in the Login screen to log in to the application. |
| Personnel No | Optional | Enter the personnel number (if any) to uniquely identify the users.
This is an alphanumeric field with a maximum length of 80 characters. |
| Password | Required | Password is a value that users must enter in the Login screen to log in to the application. |
| | | Passwords must comply with the system’s password rules. Password strength rules can be customized by changing the **aioc.users.default.password.strength **parameter in **Administration** > **System Config. Man**.

| First Name | Required | Enter the user’s first name. |
| Surname | Required | Enter the user’s last name. |
| Email | Required | Enter the user’s email address.
Email addresses must comply with email spelling standards. |
| Phone Number | Optional | Enter the user’s phone number if you send notifications, tokens, etc., by SMS.
Enter multiple phone numbers by separating them with a semicolon (;). |

Group(s) | Optional | Enter a pre-defined user group. To associate a user with multiple user groups, write user groups by separating them with a semicolon (;).
If you leave this field blank, users will be added to the system group only. |
