Policy groups are applied to device groups, which in turn make a **Policy Realm**. 

To create a Policy Realm:

1. Navigate to **Policy **> **Realms**.
2.
   Click on the **+Add**.
3.
   Fill in the **Realm Name**, select **User Group, Policy Key Groups**, and **Device Realm.**
4. **Save**.
