Using Hardware Tokens for MFA
Hardware Token Management
To import hardware token seeds and assign hardware tokens to users:
- Navigate to Administration > Multi-Factor Authenticaiton > Hardware Token Management.
- Enter the serial number and base32 seed number of the hardware token, the username of the user assigned, and the TOTP algorithm.
- Save the configuration to activate the hardware token.

System admins can delete the assignment of an existing hardware token and delete the hardware token from the inventory as well.
