HTTP Proxy

Connector - HTTP Proxy Support

The connection to the defined devices will be established through the HTTP Proxy using the Connector.

  1. A Connector Site is defined from the Connector Site tab on the Tenant Connector screen.

  • A Node is defined according to the Outbound or Inbound VPN type from the Node Definition tab on the same screen.

  • For Outbound VPN, when the relevant option is selected, the connector configuration screen is opened. A site name must be selected, and the username and password values should be entered.

When the Inbound Built-in VPN button is clicked, the inbound connector screen is opened. The Site Name, Node Name, Tunnel Port, and External IP values should be entered. Upon completion of the configuration, the Connector setup is finalized and ready for use.

  • To enable access through the HTTP Proxy using the Connector, the Connector Site Name value must be selected on the Device definition screen.

After completing these configurations, when an internet page is opened for the defined device through the Kron Pam Desktop Application or via Firefox or Chrome browsers, the connection will be established through the Connector.

Whether access to internet sites is made through the Connector can also be viewed on the HTTP Logs screen.
