In order to enable SFTP access for devices that have already been defined with SSH, a parameter must be set for the user groups, allowing the pre-defined settings configured for SSH connections to be easily used to establish an SFTP connection. After adding the device required for both SFTP and SSH with an SSH access protocol:

1. Navigate to **Users > User Groups.**
2. Select the desired user group and select **Add New Property**.
3. Set the **allowSftpInSshDevices** property as **true.**
