Notifying Inactive Users Before Lock

Users can be locked because of inactivity. When this happens, a notification  can be sent by setting up the following configurations:

  1. Navigate to Administration > System Config. Man.
  2. Add the notify.user.before.user.lock.day parameter with a value, in days (notification emails are sent before the defined day value).
  3. Navigate to Administration > Jobs Scheduler.
  4. Open the Trigger List tab.
  5. Select User Notification Before Lock as the Job.
  6. Fill in the Trigger Name and Cron Expression fields.
  7. To enable the job, select Enabled on the Active field and click Save.
