The Approval Department configuration for the New User Request needs to be set up.

To set the email domain for user approval:

1. Navigate to **Administration** > **System Config Man. **
2. Click on the **+Add **button and new system parameter.
3. Set the **aioc.email.domain** parameter with the related email domains (More than one domain can be added with a comma. Ex: kronpam.com, abc.com)
