If there is a user-based module limitation in the Kron PAM license, the modules must be activated on a user-group basis. 

The User Group License Management Page allows administrators to manage user-based module restrictions.

To manage licenses for user groups*:*

1. Navigate **to License > User Group License Management.**
2. Enable the desired feature on related user groups.
