SFTP Proxy Connections

Global SSH Key Connection

If connecting to devices with an SSH Key is preferred, the globalSshKey should be defined for the Device Group.

If an SSH Key is also preferred to connect to an SFTP device, it can be configured in Kron PAM as well. To use an SSH Key, the globalUsername and globalSshKey need to be defined for the Device Group.

  1. Navigate to Device Management > Device Groups.
  2. Right-Click the desired device group, and select Show Properties.
  3. Set the privileged target device username as globalUsername.
  4. Set the SSH Key as globalSshKey.
