Existing Vault Groups can be deleted from the Vault screen. To delete a group:

1. Navigate to **Secrets** > **Vault**.
2. Open the ** Vault **tab.
3. Right-click the desired group in the tree. 
4. Select the **Delete Group** option from the menu.
5. Confirm the dialog box.
