Importing Azure Instances requires a Kron PAM Job for synchronization. The job will update the information on Kron PAM periodically, depending on the cron expression.

1. Navigate to **Administration > Job Scheduler.**
2. In the **Trigger List** tab click the **+Add** button.
3. Select** GcpDeviceImportJob** as the Job
4. Fill in the **Trigger Name** and **Cron Expression** fields.
5. To enable the job, select **Enabled** for the **Active** field and click** Add Trigger.**

To trigger the job manually, after the job has been configured:

1. Navigate to**  Administration** > **Job Scheduler**.
2. In the **Trigger List** tab click the **Options** button.
3. Click the **Trigger Now** button on the **GCPDeviceImportJob**.
