Assigning an Escalation Manager to an AccountManager Screen

Admin users can select the escalated manager for a manager after selecting the manager for the account. The default time window is 30 minutes. If the manager does not take any action within that time, the request is moved along to the escalated managers. The amount of time after which the request is routed to the escalated manager can be changed in the configurations.
