The usernames used in the database connection must be created as Kron PAM users, with the same username and password.

1. Navigate to **Users > Users.**
2. Click the blue** Add** button and inside the pop-up select the **Add User **button.
3. Enter the username, password, name, and email address.
4. Click **Save.**
