To add functions to be assigned to user groups, follow the steps below. All users in the selected user group will be authorized with the selected functions. 

1. Navigate to **Policy Control** > **Portal Functions**.
2. Open the** Realm Definition** tab.
3. Click on the **Add **button.
4. Fill in the **Realm Name** and **Description **fields.
5. Select the desired **Function Groups** to be shown to the users and select one or more user groups to be assigned. The **Device Management** portal function needs to be added to establish RDP and/or SSH connections.
6. Click **Save** to **Add** Portal Functions to the user group(s).
