There is a job (LdapDeviceImportJob) that runs on Kron PAM in order to synchronize devices and device groups from the Active Directory. This job runs periodically and integrates the changes made to the Active Directory with Kron PAM, since the job last ran, meaning any device added/removed from the inventory is directly added/removed from Kron PAM as well.
To define the LDAP Device Import Job:

1. Navigate to **Administration** > **Jobs Scheduler**.
2. Open the **Trigger List** tab.
3. Select **LdapDeviceImportJob** as the Job with **Add** button.
4. Fill in the **Trigger Name **and **Cron Expression** fields.
5. To enable the job, select **Enabled** for the **Active** field and click **Add Triger**.

The automated job period can be changed by editing the cron expressions.
