To sync Kron PAM and the Kron PAM mobile app, the user’s QR code should be scanned. Kron PAM admins can send QR codes to users. 

To send a QR code:

1. Log in to Kron PAM as Admin 
2. Navigate to **Administration** > **2FA Provisioning.** 
3. Open the **User Token Management** tab. 
4. Search the user by name, open the **Options** menu of the related user, and click **Send** **Token.** 
5. A pop-up window opens with the options via SMS or email. Choose one and send it.
