To sync Kron PAM and the Kron PAM Mobile Client Application, the user’s QR code should be scanned. Kron PAM admins can send QR codes to users.

To send the QR code:

1. Navigate to **Administration** > **Multi-factor Authentication**
2. Open the **User Token Management** tab. 
3. Search the user by name, open the **Options** menu of the related user and click **Send** **Token.** 
4. A pop-up window will display options to send the QR code via SMS and/or email. Select the desired method to send the QR code.

To send mail, you need to configure email in Kron PAM. To do that access **Administration > System Configuration Manager > Integrations > Email Config **
