You access the Options menu from the Main Pane. When you list a selection of records under a tab, you will see that each row has an Options button. The Options menu gives you a set of actions to manage the respective record.
To access the Options menu of a user:
- Go to User Management > User Accounts > User Definition tab.
- Start by filtering the users by entering a keyword in the User Name field (or you can use any other field to filter results).
- Click Search and the matching results will be displayed in the Search Results frame.
- From the Search Results, click the Options menu button of the desired user, as shown in step 4 in the following image.
You can edit or delete the user or change user properties through this menu.
