The users you create should be in a user group, and all users needing similar privileges should be in the same user group. To create a User Group:

1. Navigate to Users > Users.
2. Click the blue Add button.
3. Click the **Add Group **option.
4. Enter the **Group Name **and **Description.**
5. Select the group users and the group manager(s) and click **Next**.
6. Select **Properties **and **Save**.
