Download the Kron PAM mobile application before following the steps below. You can download the app from the Android and Apple app stores.

1. Open the Kron PAM Mobile Client Application.
2. Select **Offline Token** > **Scan QR Code**.
3. Scan the QR code from the email or SMS sent by the Admin with the Kron PAM Mobile Client Application.

The MFA key matches the Kron PAM Mobile Client Application with the Kron PAM Web GUI.
