Download the Kron PAM Mobile Client Application before following the steps below. You can download the Kron PAM Mobile Client Application from the Android and Apple app stores.

- Open the Kron PAM Client Mobile Application.
- Select **Offline Token** > **Scan QR Code**.
- Use the Kron PAM Mobile Client to scan the QR code included in the email sent by an admin.
- Scan the QR code from the email or SMS sent by the Admin with the Kron PAM Mobile Client application.

The MFA key matches the Kron PAM Mobile Client application with the Kron PAM Web GUI.
