Adding Portal Functions to User Groups

When a user logs in to Kron PAM, there are no Portal Functions in the Navigation Pane. Kron PAM admins should define the necessary Portal Functions that will show in the Navigation Pane for user groups, and by extension, the users.



  1. Navigate to Policy > Portal Functions.
  2. Open the Realm Definition tab and press the Add button. A pop-up screen will open. a. Enter the Realm Name and Description. b. Select the desired Function Groups to display in the Navigation Pane. (Note: You must add the Device Management portal function group to establish RDP and/or SSH connections.) c. Select the User Group(s) that should see the selected Function Groups in the Navigation Pane.
  3. Save to add Portal Functions to the user group(s).
