The agent’s local logs on the endpoint are located under C:\ProgramData\kronclient. However, this directory is not accessible to users without administrator privileges.

When the **“Collect Log”** option is used via the tray application, the agent exports the logs to the root of the C drive in a location accessible to all users.

In addition, log levels can be configured through the Agent Group as shown below. The default value is **Error**.

Each selected log level includes all levels below it. For example, if **Warning** is selected, the agent will also log **Error** and **Fatal** events.

·         Info 

·         Warning 

·         Error 

·         Fatal
