Active Sessions

When the end user logs in to the device, an active session record is created on the Active Sessions screen. Some of the details about the session can be the details about the session can be seen
On this screen, the session can be killed by logging off. Click one of the checkboxes that you want to kill with log-off. Then press the Kill Selected Session with Logoff button.
Kill an Active Agent Session
This killing operation takes around one minute this is an asynchronous operation.
