Request Overview

  • A list of request objects is returned. Each object includes:

    • dbId - Unique request identifier.

    • userInfo - An array with user details (e.g., userInfoId, userInfoEid, and userType).

    • deviceInfo - An array with device details (e.g., deviceInfoId, deviceType, and deviceInfoEid).

    • createdBy - Information about the user who created the request.

    • startTime, endTime - Time details of the request.

    • isSMSEnabled, alreadyAssignedCheck - Flags related to request status.
