The users you create should be in a user group, and all users needing similar privileges should be in the same user group.

To create a User Group:

1. Navigate to **User Management** > **User Accounts**.
2. Open the **User Group Definition** tab.
3. Enter the **Group Name** and** Description**.
4. Select the group users and the group manager(s) and save.
