Policy groups are applied to device groups, which makes a Policy Realm.

To create a Policy Realm:

1. Navigate to **Policy Control** > **Session Policy**.
2. Open the **Policy Realm** tab.
3. Fill in **Realm Name**.
4. Select **Policy Key Groups** and **Device Realm**.
5. Click **Save**.
