1. Navigate to **Policy Control **> **Approval Management**.
2. Enter search criteria, such as the IP, Approval Type, Approval ID, etc.
3. Click the** Search** button to list matching requests.
4. Click the request’s **Options** button.
   - Select **Approve** to approve the request.
   - Select **Reject** to reject the request.
   - Select **Cancel** to revoke your approval – this option only appears when you approved this request earlier.
5. (Optional) If you select the **Approve** or **Reject** options, you may enter comments in the pop-up.
