Due to network-related issues, connecting to the target server with SFTP protocol may take some time. By default, this duration is 15 seconds. If the connection attempt fails within this time, the session connection request is dropped. 

If you cannot start a session on the target device due to network-related latencies, contact your administrator to increase the timeout value.
